THE BENEFITS OFFICE
Two desks, one rule: the treasury only ever deals at a price that leaves backing intact.
Senior staff buy INTERN straight from the treasury at a discount to market, paid in USDC and vested over 2 days. The price never goes below backing, so every ESPP sale grows the reserve.
When the market trades below backing, the treasury makes a standing offer: hand back your INTERN at backing minus 1.5%. The shares are burned and everyone left behind gets a little more backing each.
Exit interview notes: severance counts as selling — it costs seniority, pro rata. Only wallet INTERN qualifies; clock out first. Capacity is 1% of the treasury's USDC per shift, first come first served.
